Roller Body: Seamless steel pipe (wall thickness 2.5~6mm), wear-resistant composite material (such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene).
Bearing: Double-sealed deep groove ball bearing (dustproof and waterproof, IP65 protection level).
Shaft: 45# steel, quenched and tempered, or 40Cr alloy steel, chrome-plated surface for rust prevention.
Surface Treatment: Galvanized, electrostatic spraying (corrosion-resistant), rubber coating (noise reduction/anti-stick).
Installation Method: Fixed type, spring buffer type (for long-distance conveyors).
