Product Introduction and Advantages
1. Bearings use Harbin, Wafangdian, and Luoyang brands.
2. Material: High molecular weight polyethylene.
3. When the conveyor belt is running at full load and full speed in the non-metallic low-noise idler section, the sound environment in the resident sensitive area must meet the Class 2 standard (60dB during the day, 50dB at night). The conveyor belt operation noise meets the acceptance requirements.
4. Non-metallic low-noise idlers must be produced and supplied according to the attached drawings or with a superior structure.
Technical Requirements
1. Radial runout of each idler ≤ 0.1mm; dynamic balance accuracy not lower than G16 (ISO1940).
2. The non-metallic low-noise idler seal must be dustproof and waterproof, and the structural design must meet the thermal expansion requirements of -35℃~120℃.
3. Bearings use products from Harbin Bearing Group Co., Ltd., Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., Ltd., Luoyang LYC Bearing Co., Ltd., or Renben Group Co., Ltd.
4. Mobil 460 grease is used for bearing lubrication.
5. Non-metallic low-noise idlers must be brand new and have a reliable design. Parts with experimental characteristics are not acceptable.
6. The grease filling amount of the non-metallic low-noise idler bearing should be 40%-60% of the bearing gap. In severely polluted environments, the grease filling amount should reach 75%-80%. Oil should be filled in the bearing during assembly, and the oil filling amount should be 2/3 of the bearing gap. The seal ring gap should be filled. All rotating parts must rotate flexibly and must not have any jamming phenomenon. The lubrication part is well sealed and there should be no grease leakage. The bearing temperature rise is not more than 40℃, and the bearing temperature does not exceed 80℃.
7. When the conveyor belt is running at full load and full speed in the non-metallic low-noise idler section, the noise level measured at a point 1 meter outside the conveyor belt corridor is not higher than 68dB(A), and the noise level measured at a point 30 meters away from the corridor is not higher than 55dB(A).
8. Definition of measurement points: The point 30 meters horizontally away from the conveyor belt corridor in the middle of the non-metallic low-noise idler section (if the measurement point does not have the measurement conditions due to factors such as terrain, topography, valleys, and water flow, select a nearby measurement point that meets the measurement requirements and conditions).
9. After the production of idlers, samples should be tested for dustproofness, waterproofness, loading, displacement, rotational resistance, axial movement, radial runout, etc., and a test report should be submitted.
10. Design life of non-metallic low-noise idlers ≥ 80000h, service life ≥ 50000 hours.
